Join fellow WBL members for a morning of networking and discussion at the TGen biomedical campus in Phoenix, AZ!
TGen, the Translational Genomics Research Institute, part of City of Hope, is an Arizona-based, nonprofit medical research institute dedicated to conducting groundbreaking research with life-changing results. TGen scientists work to unravel the genetic components of common and complex diseases, including cancer, neurological disorders, infectious disease, and diabetes. TGen was launched in 2003 and became a part of City of Hope in 2016.
WBL members Melissa Hulke and Lu Miller will be onsite for this great opportunity to engage with fellow members and learn more about the work happening at TGen.
During this meetup, members will enjoy networking over breakfast, followed by a short tour of the facilities and remarks from Dean Ballard, Director of Arizona Legacy Groups for City of Hope. There will also be time for Q&A after the tour with TGen scientists.
